Stress can reveal itself in many ways, including back or neck pain, sleeping problems, headaches, and an inability to concentrate. You don't have to be super flexible to start, yoga can be adjusted across all ability levels. Your Teacher: A hand-picked, fully accredited and insured corporate yoga teacher. If your regular teacher isn’t available, we’ll always arrange a cover teacher.
