We believe that we can change our impact on the world by developing more eco-friendly Wellness lines and adopting better practices within our internal and external networks to reduce our environmental footprint. We help organisations reduce their environmental footprint by providing customizable, sustainable products and services for their brands to shine.

We are making great strides already, we source and trace the value chain of each product back to the raw materials, to offer you full transparency on how a product is made, and service provider. We use recyclable packaging materials. moreover, donate and advocate for the planting of a tree for each box package we use. We give 5% of our Wellbox profits to MIND advocating for mental health awareness. this is to support the rise in mental health, during the COVID-19 pandemic.

To develop this plan, we’ve identified our priority issues, like better materials and supply chain management, we’ve interviewed colleagues and consumers, and strive to achieve clear simple, and honest goals and targets.

Steering clear of sustainability Jurgen. We’ve grown our team with more sustainability and ethical trade experts, and we’re collaborating to make a bigger impact in our industry. We’ve joined groups like the Britsh Beauty Council and Sustainable Apparel Coalition.

  • Our starting rates for nail technicians are above the National Living Wage and all full-time employees are paid at least the National Minimum Wage regardless of their age.

  • In 2022, we launched a Diversity and Inclusion group – an employee-led communication platform that enables us to use the insight of our own team to develop and deploy initiatives that matter to them.

  • We strive to ensure that our messaging and our creatives are inclusive and representative across race, ethnicity, gender, and sexual orientation. This includes working with more diverse models, partners, and creators.

  • We champion women and minority groups in the workplace and believe in equal opportunities for all. At Tory Harvey, 80% of our partnership members are women-led.

  • We have plans to launch other initiatives, including but not limited to mandatory training for all staff. We are aware there is still much work to be done, and we are committed to educating ourselves continuously in order to secure positive and systemic change.
