How it works:

Workshop 1 Leadership Communication

Attendees: People leaders, line managers, team leaders.
Capacity: We recommend up to 30 people per session.

Workshop 2 Organisational Communication

Attendees: Across teams and departments.
Capacity: We recommend up to 30 people per session.

Format: A combination of conversation, interactive exercises and some knowledge sharing. This programme is offered virtually via Zoom, or in office. An in-depth handout with additional exercises and tasks accompanies the programme.
Length:  Sessions 1 and 2 are 60 minutes
